XRP Price Prediction: Ripple Re-Locks $875M as Bulls Eye $10,000
Ripple has returned 700 million XRP worth $875 million at the current price to escrow after its November token release, strengthening the bullish narrative as institutional interest in the coin continues to grow. The latest transactions leave 300 million XRP outside escrow, while exchange-traded funds and corporate treasuries maintain huge exposure to the token.
Ripple released 1 billion XRP through two transactions of 500 million tokens on November 1. The company subsequently returned 700 million XRP to escrow through three transactions of 100 million, 500 million, and 100 million tokens.
The sequence leaves a net 300 million XRP outside escrow from the monthly release. Ripple’s escrow system, established in 2017, allows up to 1 billion XRP to become available each month, with unused tokens typically returned to new time-locked contracts.
The latest re-lock means 70% of November’s gross release has returned to escrow, limiting the amount remaining outside the contracts. But the monthly escrow cycle remains an important supply metric for XRP price watchers, particularly when compared with institutional demand and exchange balances.

XRP Price Eyes Recovery as Institutional Holdings Grow
Institutional exposure to XRP continues expanding through regulated investment products. Six US spot XRP ETFs held approximately 1.17 billion tokens as of the end of last week.

Bitwise and Franklin Templeton remain among the largest XRP fund holders, while corporate treasury strategies are creating another channel for institutional accumulation. Evernorth, on the other hand, has built a treasury holding of 473 million XRP, positioning itself around institutional XRP exposure and potential ecosystem strategies.
These developments give XRP holders another demand narrative alongside Ripple’s monthly escrow management. ETF holdings also provide a measurable way to track if institutional investors continue maintaining their positions during periods of price weakness.
Bitcoin Hyper Brings Institutional Adoption to Bitcoin
Bitcoin Hyper is pitching a new use case for Bitcoin as institutional adoption expands beyond simply holding BTC. The project has raised more than $33.23 million in its presale, with HYPER priced at $0.0136877 and staking rewards advertised at 35%.
The project is developing a Bitcoin Layer 2 powered by the Solana Virtual Machine, aiming to bring faster transactions, smart contracts, and decentralized finance to Bitcoin. Its planned infrastructure includes a BTC bridge, high-speed execution, and settlement back to Bitcoin’s main network.
The institutional opportunity is substantial. US spot Bitcoin ETFs have opened regulated investment channels for traditional investors, while banks and financial firms increasingly explore tokenization and blockchain-based settlement. Bitcoin Hyper is targeting the next step: making Bitcoin more usable within financial applications instead of leaving it idle in wallets and investment products.
That creates an interesting parallel with XRP. Ripple is building institutional payment and stablecoin infrastructure around the XRP Ledger, while Bitcoin Hyper aims to unlock programmable finance around Bitcoin. Both narratives center on expanding blockchain utility as institutional capital enters the market.
With the presale approaching its November 22 closing window, the countdown is now a major part of the HYPER story. More than $33 million has already entered the sale, and the current $0.0136 entry price is tied to the presale stage. Once the window closes, buyers will have to wait for the planned launch and subsequent market availability.
The final stretch is bringing the project’s infrastructure pitch, staking incentives, and launch countdown together as we watch for the next Bitcoin Layer 2 narrative to gain traction.
Gain Access to New Bitcoin Layer 2 Early Before the Presale Window EndsCould XRP Price Reach $10,000? Wendy O’s Bullish Outlook
Crypto commentator Wendy O reignited an ambitious XRP price debate after posting that XRP was “going to $10,000,” following Ripple’s announcement of final US trust bank approval.
Her prediction adds another eye-catching target to the bullish discussion around institutional adoption, regulated custody, and Ripple’s expanding financial ecosystem.
With ETF holdings climbing, corporate treasuries accumulating XRP, and Ripple continuing to build around RLUSD, bulls are watching the growing institutional participation and how it transforms XRP’s long-term market position.
